Pray ! Pray ! Pray ! Please continute to be in prayer for our 1st Lady Mae Halbert & Pastor Halbert. Our 1st lady lost her mother a week ago. Please also keep Bro. Fred Oakes in prayer he has been transferred to Van Matre Rehab Facility.  Allen Chapel combined choirs.  If you are interested in joining the choir please contact Bro. Richard Meeks, Allen Music Director.  Save The Date Revival at Allen Chapel : On May 1st & 2nd starting at 7:00 PM .  Pastor Halbert is encouraging all members to attend.  The Theme fo this year is "PUSH" meaning "Pray Until Something Happens" Scripture: Luke 18: 1-8 We're excited for 2 days of good singing, preaching and fellowshipping.  More Information to follow. The cost is only $100 for a leaf to honor or in memory of that special person.  Please see Sis. Edwina Huggard, Monica Marshall or Roz Walker for more information.  Our finale will be held here at Allen Chapel on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at our morning service.  Guest Speaker will be Rev. Mike Williams of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church invite someone to church on that Sunday you don't want to miss this event.

Palm Sunday join us for the morning Worship Service this Sunday at 10:30 am.  Maundy Thursday April 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM You're invited to a humbling experience the hand and feet washing leading up to Resurrection Sunday please join us here at Allen Chapel.  Good Friday Service here at Allen Chapel our guests will be Pastor Karla Garcia and her Ministerial Staff along with Bishop Senter and First Lady Senter.  Followed by the Nora Taylor Missionary Society Salad Luncheon donation $10.00 Easter Baskets and Candy Donations!! We're currently asking Allen members to donate candy for the Easter Baskets for the children.  When you bring your donations please see and give them to Sis. Diane Cossey or Sis. Kenna Brassfield. Please be in prayer for the sick and shut-in and bereavement families. Also special prayers for the family of Rev. Charlene Bulls-Mills funeral arrangements are on the home page. Keep the Parham & Meeks Family in prayer they loss their son/grandson of Bro. Billy Parham & the grandson of Bro. Willie Parham. Nora Taylor Missionary Society will have their meeting on this coming Sunday after morning worship services.  Main topic will be the discussion of the Good Friday Luncheon. Spring Computer Classes will be offered here at Allen Chapel AME Church.  The goal is to educate our seniors to get use to todays technology.  More information to follow.  Adult Bible Study every Wednesday at 11:00 am we're currently on Zoom until April 2025 class study lessons can be downloaded from the church website. 

The Tree of Life Leaving a Legacy will kick-off this program with Guest Speaker Penny Devereueawax and guest soloist Mrs. Shelby Hildreth a reception will follow in the Allen Fellowship Hall after service. Coming Soon! Spring computer Classes will be offered at Allen Chapel AME Church. Our goal is to educate our seniors with today's technology.  More information will follow. Women's History Month- 1st Lady Mae Halbert Recognition Day -In recognition of Women's History Month, we'll be recognizing First Lady Mae Halbert on Sunday March 9, 2025 at the Sunday morning worship service at 10:30 am  Please come out and show her some love with cards, gifts or monetary.  Thank you in advance.  Allen Steward Membership Canvas and Survey over the next couple of weeks the Allen Steward Board Members will be updating all of Allen's Members information.  This process is needed to make sure that our membership roll at Allen is current.  In addition, we'll be conducting a (3) question survey that can help us as a church to move forward Thank you. The Tree of Life Leaving a Legacy campaign will kick-off it's 3 month program.  On Sunday, March 16, 2025 at the morning worship service our guest speaker will be Elder Penny Devereueawax with our special guest soloist Ms. Shelby Hildreth.  A reception will follow in the Allen Fellowship Hall after service.  Invite past members and friends to see our tree and purchase a leaf in honor of or in memory of.  Computer Classes coming soon for the Seniors.

Martin Luther King Jr. speech this Saturday at 1:30 PM Light refreshments will be served. Please come and bring a friend. Church Women United will be meeting on Tuesday January 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM to host their monthly meeting.  A light lunch will be served.  We welcome all denominations to come and join us in fellowship.
